What are T-Shirt Quilts?T Shirt Quilts are a wonderful way to preserve a collection of t-shirts, sweatshirts or other clothing. Perhaps you have a drawerful of old high school athetic t-shirts, or a tub of college sorority t-shirts that you rarely wear. Just send them to us and we will create a unique, modern quilt so you can preserve and enjoy your t-shirts for years to come. What does the customer need to provide?You simply give us your washed t-shirts, sweatshirts, or other clothing and we design a custom quilt top, cut and piece the top out of your t-shirts (using solid fabric for filler if needed), attach a backing using either yarn ties or machine quilting, and bind it with a coordinating fabric. The price of the quilt covers all materials other than your clothes. |

How many t-shirts does the customer need to provide?
It depends on the size of your order. For a throw-sized t-shirt quilt, about 20 pieces of clothing is great. For a twin-sized quilt, 30 pieces work best. Of course, if your pieces come up just short I will add solid, coordinating fabric to the quilt to fill in the gaps.
